The agency CZmanagement was founded in 1996.

Initially a small-scale operation serving Hungarian musical actors, by 2007 the agency had expanded its horizons to focus on the wider musical business. The business continues to go from strength to strength, covering not just actors and actresses but the entire musical theatre sector!

Areas with significant coverage to date include:

Agency:             In partnership with several successful actors and actresses, not to mention other independent performers, who are nevertheless still reachable via CZmanagement. Our policy is neither one of constraint nor quantity, but service and approachability.

Casting:             It began in 2004 in Budapest with the staging of auditions for the German premiere of “We Will Rock You” in Cologne. As last we are realised the Casting for the German "Dirty Dancing" Production in Budapest, Hungary.

Programming:  We provide backup for the running of musical business operations, from the design of easy-to-use Excel and Access programs to personnel and salary administration systems. The latter has been successfully implemented by Stage Entertainment’s Stuttgart the theatres for tax-free bonuses in accordance with §3b of Germany’s income tax laws. Currently we are realiseing an Excel program for the We Will Rock You Production in Zürich, Switzerland for there personnel and salary administration system.

Production:        we provide a network of well experienced people to realize your production us production, company or stage manager.
